Our Beef Jerky goes into the smokehouse and gets smoked with quality South Texas Mesquite Wood. Our Beef Sticks are made very lean! When the sticks come out of the smokehouse we remove all of the casing. That’s right all beef with NO CASING! We truly enjoy smoking meats and hope you enjoy eating them!
